What?!?!? It's ART, darnit!!!

I guess some people don't understand what "diversity" means...

Got the Stealth Van back from the dealer yesterday, $1200 poorer. But the HVAC system works like new, and I had them dig the 42 pounds of forest out of the heater fan box so that it doesn't sound like a P-51 doing a low-level strafing run. That's kind of nice.

One of the problems they found was a "shredded" vacuum hose that was part of the HVAC flapper-door system. Besides making any vent setting rather random, it was also impacting the engine. With that vacuum leak fixed, the engine is running much more smoothly, and I might even get a little more MPG out of it (think 12.8 mpg rather than 12.25...). The upside of electronic fuel injection is how precise it is, under all conditions; the downside is that it can often mask things like vacuum leaks...

With a fresh oil change, air filter, and wiper blades, the old beast goes down the road just like it should. Life is good!!! (if not inexpensive...)

Caught me a couple of...well, decent Pokémon. That's a weak but sparkly Beldum, next to an extraordinarily powerful perfect Chinchou. It was, however, a great raid day at the body shop, and I managed to accumulate more that 200k XP on my way to Level 49 (yes, that's a humble brag...deal with it). What's going to kill me is the additional 49 Lucky Trades I need to make...sigh...
